Having trouble? Here are some common solutions:

Import Issues​

  • Make sure your file is a CSV and not password-protected.
  • Check that your columns are mapped correctly.
  • Ensure transactions are within your plan's importable history window.

Login Issues​

  • Reset your password if you can't sign in.
  • Make sure your account is active and not locked.

Dashboard or Data Issues​

  • Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
  • If data seems out of date, check your account sync status.
