Import Issues​
- Make sure your file is a CSV and not password-protected.
- Check that your columns are mapped correctly.
- Ensure transactions are within your plan's importable history window.
Login Issues​
- Reset your password if you can't sign in.
- Make sure your account is active and not locked.
Dashboard or Data Issues​
- Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
- If data seems out of date, check your account sync status.
